Beautiful villa with pool and fabulous sea and mountain views

A flight of steps leads up from the gated entrance from the road to the large pool area where there is a self contained apartment with it’s own lounge, fully fitted kitchen with washing machine, shower room and large double bedroom. The apartment has TV, DVD/CD player and sofa bed.

Around the private pool area there are sun loungers, parasols and a poolside shower.

Leading up from the pool area is a flight of steps taking you to the outside dining area, day beds and BBQ terrace. This terrace leads into the large open plan lounge which is fully equipped with TV, DVD/CD player and iPod/iphone docking station and charger. The lounge furnishings include a sofa bed. The kitchen/inside dining area is fully equipped and includes a water cooler.

On the third floor there are two bedrooms. The first is a large bedroom with en-suite shower room. The bedroom leads onto a covered balcony with comfortable seating and sea views. This bedroom has a safe. The second bedroom is a twin room with en-suite facilities.

On the fourth floor there is a further double bedroom and shower room. This bedroom leads onto the roof terrace with stunning views over Kalamar Bay and Mouse Island. The terrace has a comfortable seating area.

The villa is fully air conditioned. All towels including pool towels and linen is provided together with welcome pack.

Can Can supermarket is just up the street and Nerjan the owner is more than willing to deliver your groceries to the villa for you.

Our management company can be contacted throughout your stay and are on call 24 hours for emergencies.

We can arrange your airport transfers/car hire if required – costs payable locally.
