Gorgeous villa in a lovely area

We stayed here during half-term and found the villa extremely comfortable and very much like a home-from-home! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to family & friends alike. The various outdoor seating areas allow comfort & sunbathing all throughout the day and the roof terrace offers spectacular views over the bay. It’s a very pleasant location and a nice walk into the town centre, with very reasonable taxi-prices back home at the end of the night. You must try the Sade roof terrace restaurant above Yardan the jewellers – it was superb!

wonderful time had by 3 sisters 1 brother in law and 4 friends

WoW as you walk through the villa gate you are faced with this four storey villa with a very inviting pool.,once inside you move from one room to another with excitement and amazement of the standard and space each room gives you.The sea views from both the third floor and the roof top balconies are stunning and both balconies give you a lovely space to relax with a drink in the evenings watching the sun go down. The villa is perfect for relaxing on the comfortable sunbeds by the day and in the evening you are just a stones throw from the local restaurants and just 15 minutes stroll to the beautiful harbiour of Kalkan, where you are spoiilt with the selection of shops and very friendly restaurants many with beautiful views over the harbour, i can honestly say we did not experience a bad meal or unfriendly staff during the whole week If you are looking for something special to do then go down to the harbour and book a boat trip, we hired a boat for the day for just us and it worked out about about £135 which was a great experience and something that you would not always get a chance to do, we were served a cooked lunch, fruit plater and afternoon tea and cakes and lots of oppotunities to jump of the boat for a swim.

All i can say is book the villa you will not be disappointed

A big piece of heaven!
A beautiful villa with absolutely stunning views. Great location (as long as you get a taxi back from the town if you have had a few drinks!) Everything on hand, beaches, supermarkets, restaurants. Superb maid service and owners extremely helpful. Ideal for family or group holidays. Would go back again and again.

Can’t wait to go back

I stayed at Villa Mandalin for the first time in June last year after a recommendation from another family member. We were not disappointed. The villa was modern, beautifully furnished, peaceful and really homely. The kitchen and all the bathrooms were immaculately cleaned and the furnishings were of a very high standard. I stayed in the rooftop bedroom where they is a roof terrace with stunning views over the sea – the perfect place to wake up on holiday. The other bedrooms were spacious and modern. The swimming pool again was clean and safe for the children that were in our group. The steps leading up to the villa have gates at either end which is great for safety with young children. We made use of the BBQ at the villa and enjoyed dining outside. The kitchen was fully equipped with all cutlery, crockery and utensils. As we had never been to Kalkan before I was pleased to see that the Villa contained a file full of useful information about the area. The villa is a short walk from the local town and local market which you must visit for some great bargains and local banter. The fruit and veg market is brilliant. The town is really picturesque and laid back. Across the road from the villa is Cafe Vita one of the most welcoming places in Kalkan and a great place for a breakfast. Further along and close to the villa are a couple of local mini marts and a turkish bath as well as a great cocktail bar called Pacha where again the owners are more than welcoming. Kalkan is small and peaceful but above all friendly and has some of the best restaurants I’ve ever eaten in and outstanding service. The local food is excellent. I can’t recommend Kalkan or Villa Mandalin enough especially if your looking for a relaxing break. We had a great stay and can’t wait to book again.

Stunning!
I stayed at this lovely villa with my partner and three boys together with my partners mother and sister and her daughter. We had a fabulous time, the kids all loved it as well. The villa is really spacious. Kalkan has a huge choice of restaurants to choose from and we had some lovely meals at Cafe Vita, Bread and More and Aubergine. As soon as we got home I booked again for next year!

Fantastic 5* luxury Villa (just needs a butler)

We have just returned home from one of the best holidays yet. The Villa had everything you needed for comfort and lazing in the sun. the only thing it was short of was someone to fan me by the pool, and bring cold drinks when needed. Close to lovely restaurants where we never had a bad meal. The Turkish people go out of their way to make your holiday great, and are friendly and fun. We usually dont go back to a place twice because we like to try different country’s but would definitely make an exception for this Villa. We couldn’t fault anything and the service was exceptional with pool and patio areas checked and cleaned everyday.  FANTASTIC
