Overlooking Kalamar Bay, the views from Villa Mandalin are stunning. The villa is situated on the Kalamar Road and has recently been refurbished. It is a home of excellent quality with marble terraces, private pool, contemporary furnishings and quality appliances. There is outdoor furniture for al fresco dining and plenty of sun loungers, parasols and a built in barbeque. Air conditioning throughout can be used as heating in the cooler months.

GROUND FLOOR

Self-contained apartment with double bedroom, en suite bathroom and open plan Lounge / Kitchen. Patio doors lead onto the pool area. The fully fitted kitchen contains a washing machine, fridge freezer, marble worktops, oven, hob and extractor fan and microwave. The large lounge area is equipped with TV, DVD and CD player. Patio doors open onto terracing by the pool.

FIRST FLOOR

Large lounge area with Turkish style seating, L shaped sofa, TV DVD and CD player, overlooks the pool and leads onto the main terrace with seating for al-fresco dining and BBQ. Separate WC and Basin. Well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine and fridge freezer. Marble worktops, oven hob and extractor fan. Dining area. An iron and ironing board are also provided.

SECOND FLOOR

Bedroom 2, King Size Bed, Wardrobe, Dressing Table and en suite. Large terraced area with seating overlooking the pool. Hairdryer in room.

Bedroom 3, Twin Beds, Wardrobe, Dressing Table and en suite. Hairdryer in room. This Bedroom overlooks the Olive Grove to the rear of the property.

THIRD FLOOR

Bedroom 4 with King Size bed, Wardrobe, Dressing Table and en suite. Roof Terrace with seating overlooking the pool. Hairdryer in bedroom.

OUTSIDE

The garden areas have tubs, fruit trees and plants. The pool terrace has sun-loungers, a shaded seating area, parasols and tables. The two dining terraces are complete with tables and chairs, the BBQ terrace has Turkish style day beds and the roof terrace has Turkish style seating where you can unwind and relax as you watch the sunset.

Distances:

The sea and the Kalamar Beach Club, which has watersports and a diving centre is a 10 min walk from the villa. The beautiful old town of Kalkan with its many shops and restaurants is a 15 min walk or 3 min drive by car. The 18km Patara Beach (voted best beach in the world by The Sunday Times) is a 20 min drive away and Kaputas Beach is a 10 min drive.
